For pediatricians, psychologists, and behavioral clinicians
Bring evidence, not a feeling.
The daily report card you already recommend, implemented, with a clean summary the parent brings to the visit.
What the summary shows
- Daily teacher responses on the specific goals you and the family agreed.
- Percent of days each goal was met, and days the daily goal was reached.
- Parent-reported medication timing, sleep onset, and appetite, side by side.
What it is not
- Not a diagnostic instrument. It does not measure any condition.
- Not clinical evidence or a rating scale.
- Observed behaviors and parent observations, nothing more.
HSA and FSA. When a behavior plan is part of care for a diagnosed condition, families may be able to use HSA or FSA funds with a letter of medical necessity from their clinician. HomeSlip does not provide that letter and makes no eligibility promise; families should confirm with you and their plan.
